MERIAN — Nordthailand Photo Series

A photo series for MERIAN, editorial for print and for Instagram. Chiang Mai with its lanterns and old-town temples, the mountain roads around Doi Inthanon and Doi Mae Salong, an elephant project south of the city, the Blue Temple in Chiang Rai. And the people who work there: mahouts, tea pickers, an Akha woman at the market.
